To get in touch with The Island by phone, please ring our team on 01904 628449 and you will be directed to the relevant department. Our phone line is open Monday-Friday, 9am-3pm.



For parents, carers and mentors who need to urgently get in touch with the Duty Team outside of office hours, call us on 01904 628449 and select option 3 for safeguarding. The duty phone is open Monday-Friday, 3pm-9pm and Saturday-Sunday, 9.30am-6.30pm.


For parents and carers who have a mobile number for The Island, this number is now no longer in use, therefore we are no longer able to accept text messages.

Many of the children and young people referred to The Island have limited recreational and development opportunities, therefore spending quality time with an affirmative adult role model cannot be underestimated.


We are currently working at full capacity.
